Jay's journey in the industry began as a civil labourer, allowing him to gain invaluable insights and experience. He ascended the ranks through dedication and hard work, serving as a Civil Supervisor and Project Manager for some of the Hunter Valley's leading civil contractors. Hillcrest Lochinvar Stage 1 - Newquest Property
The Hillcret Lochnivar Stage. 1 project, delivered for Newquest Property. involved the completion of a residential subdivision located in Lochinvar, NSW. JDM Civil Group was engaged after a prior contractor was unable to complete the works, creating significant challenges and tension among stakeholders.
Sweetwater Winery
The Sweetwater Winery project, delivered for Sweetwater Winery involved the repair of existing roadways after serious erosion, mitigate further damage to roadways using drainage infrastructure.
Industrial Unit Development - Brown Commercial Building
JDM Civil Group was engaged by Brown Commercial Building to deliver the civil earthworks and pavement package for an Industrial Unit Development. The project involved transforming a challenging site with complex ground conditions into a fully serviced industrial precinct, with all works completed on time and within budget.
Road Shoulder Construction - East Branxton
JDM Civil Group was engaged by Justin Low to deliver civil works for a 1 into 2 lot subdivision, including public road upgrades required for land registration. With a short timeframe for completion, our team worked efficiently to overcome challenging site conditions—such as a busy street frontage, unexpected rock, and drainage requirements—ensuring the project was completed on time to support the client’s subdivision goals.
Elbrook Drive, Rankin Park- Service Stream
JDM Civil Group was engaged by Servicestream and Ausgrid to deliver Pavement Remediation Works off Elbrook Drive, Rankin Park. The project addressed a long-standing pavement failure along a private access lane that had impacted residents and stakeholders for more than five years. By engaging specialist contractors and implementing a tailored remediation strategy, the team delivered a durable and compliant solution that restored full usability to the roadway.
