JDM Civil Group was engaged by Servicestream and Ausgrid to deliver Pavement Remediation Works off Elbrook Drive, Rankin Park. The project addressed a long-standing pavement failure along a private access lane that had impacted residents and stakeholders for more than five years. By engaging specialist contractors and implementing a tailored remediation strategy, the team delivered a durable and compliant solution that restored full usability to the roadway.
This project involved public road reconstruction works, with a focus on pavement repairs and subsoil drainage. The works required precision delivery and effective stakeholder management due to the project’s high-profile nature and long-standing community concerns.
